ownership of the work
The design, artwork, photography, film, type and text on this site are by Jude Amponsah unless stated otherwise. Many pieces were made for artists, labels and brands, who own or share the rights in their names, logos, music, artwork and campaigns. Everything is shown here as a record of my work.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, download, reproduce, sell, adapt or train any system on the work without written permission from me and, where relevant, the artist, label or brand concerned. To ask about using something, email me.
third-party services and links
The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram and the websites of the people I have worked with. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and I am not responsible for their content or availability. Any music, tickets, merchandise or products mentioned are sold by those third parties under their own terms, not by this site.
acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping in bulk, and nothing unlawful.
accuracy and availability
I try to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided as it is and may change, be updated or be unavailable at times. Credits and dates are given in good faith.

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
